We recently had a second opportunity to work with Adam. Our old fence was falling down. Adam listened to what we said we wanted and came up with excellent ideas. Blake construction is the BEST. We found them through a friend about 15 years ago and have since used them for all of our big and small home improvement projects. Our latest project was a large patio with a shade cover, lights, (Mr. Blake took a chandelier that I had found on Craig's list and converted it into an exterior chandelier with LED technology.) He also created a pulley and manual winching system for easy care for our many hanging plants, he also constructed a color matching base for two teak wood stereo cabinets for the patio. He constructed a greenhouse with a sweet little porch, on a raised deck for under storage. I can not even describe the patio table that he revamped for us. BEAUTIFUL! Everything turned out perfect. Mr. Blake is very safety oriented and easy to communicate with. He will take your idea of what you may think you want and make it what you really want. We are now saving up for a total bathroom redo.
My house is old and when I decided to start bathroom remodels it seemed like an easy job and relatively simple. WRONG! There were unexpected things I never would have imagined (but Adam did warn me could be found). When the unexpected happened I was set back but Adam took it in stride and actually made me feel at ease. I must admit when I didn't like the tile in the one shower(after he put it all up) and wanted to change it, I didn't know what to expect when I told him. I could tell it would of been better to say something prior to his completing that part of the job, but, Adam surprising knew I didn't like it and brought me samples that he thought would be more to my liking. I really think my bathrooms are great, they are fresh, clean, up to date and my master has modern design features Adam suggested and rocks. I would recommend Blake construction to everyone.
